RELIGIOUS SCHOOL
Beth El's religious school, for children in kindergarten through eighth grade, is unparalleled in its commitment to providing a meaningful Jewish education in a supportive atmosphere.
The Program emphasizes fluency in Hebrew reading, religious skills, Jewish values through the study of Torah, leading daily minyan, and an innovative Torah Trope program to prepare for Bar/Bat Mitzvah.
Through our extensive family education program, music program and numerous opportunities to participate in synagogue life and rituals, our students learn to incorporate Judaism into their daily lives and take pride in their Jewish identity. Parents are encouraged to be active partners in this process.
MISSION OF SCHOOL
The mission of our Religious School is to provide a Jewish education for our students in Hebrew and ritual skills, moral values and an understanding and love of Jewish traditions. This education will deepen a Jewish identity in our students and prepare them for future Jewish learning and active participation in Jewish life.
"Judaism is a dynamic tradition that brings meaning to all aspects of our lives."
